I'm officially an Inner Beast Clothing Ambassador!

PreMass Preworkout Review

A month and a half ago I got this product to try. I had tried Preworkout powders in the past with little satisfaction.

With the two previous products I had tried they left me feeling like I was going to have a cardiac malfunction and that is not a well liked feeling. While this one didn't leave me feeling like my heart was going to jump out of my chest it also didn't really help me get through a workout. It is stimulate free so perhaps that had something to do with it, I can't say for 100% if that was the case. This product also claimed it would help build your size which was something I hadn't heard before when it came to Preworkout. Even taking it as directed there was no size increase. The only thing that is going to help you get bigger is hard work, dedication and proper nutrition.

This product wasn't as chalky or clumpy as the other ones I'd tried. It still clumped together as soon as water was added (of any hot/cold degree) but the taste was alright once you shook the hell out of it for about 10 minutes.

All in all I'm still looking for a Preworkout product 😁💪

Books review!!

As I mentioned in a previous post I love books!! So without further ado I bring to you my reviews of the three book series by David Michael Porter, Parker and the newest release Preston!!

I had never read this author before but he absolutely did not disappoint! I was immediately sucked into the world he created out in LA and the entertainment industry including the porn star industry. Once I started reading I couldn't put it down! Porter finally realized that his career was ruining his chance of love and decided to do something about it. He risked it all for Holly who also took major risks with him as well.

In Parker I was praying for the character before I was 3 pages in! I was already attached to the character from the first book and wanted to see him find love and get clean. I completely relate to most of the characters in these books in some way or other. While Parker and Becks were off to a rocky start I was rooting for them the entire way. The authors writing also developed more in this book.

And last but definitely not least Preston! Preston had a lot on his plate to deal with and managed to find love in the most unexpected place! He also realized just as quickly that he could lose it all and that love was worth fighting for.

I'm keeping these short as to not give anything away for those of you that haven't read them yet. David Michael has officially won me over with these books. The characters were realistic and so realistic some of the phrases the friends say to each other are things I've said to my best friend. I'll definitely be reading more from him and really hope he puts out more books in this series. Go give him a checkout I promise he won't disappoint!!

Huge changes to this and other things

First let me start out by saying Happy New Years and that I hope all your goals/resolutions make it past the first week of the new year. You can do anything you put your mind too if you just believe in yourself. As always if you need accountability or any kind of assistance or support I'm always here.

With all that being said, I've made the final decision to make a website based on my own fitness journey and bring you all more content for fitness,health and wellness including mental health importance. I am truly excited about this huge step forward and can't wait to bring it to everyone live!

This is one positive change I'm making in 2017!

Meal prep container review

A few months back I got the meal prep containers pictured below. If you have been part of any fitness community or googled anything fitness related you've heard about meal prep and how important it is. I agree that what you put in your body is as important if not more than the physical aspect.

I bought these containers to aid me in the process of getting the right carb, vegetable and protein proportions down. They worked great for the first month. When I first got them I was leery of the flimsy edge fearing it would break within the first week. I was wrong and right at the same time. The edge didn't break in the first week it broke the second month.

I give them a lot of credit though for putting up with the abuse they went through. They held up in the freezer and microwave without snapping or leaking. They traveled in lunch boxes to and from work without the kids coming off and forcing you to have no lunch and a huge mess. All in all for the price I paid I can't complain too much. This is a lesson learned in the world of meal prep containers.

Refuse to quit

We all want to quit something at some point in our life. Sometimes quitting something is a good thing if it's negatively impacting your health and well-being. Other times we want to quit something for the simple reason that it's just to hard.

Thus type of quitting is not acceptable. Just because something isn't as easy as you wanted it to be doesn't mean it won't be worth it in the long run. I know I've wanted to quit several times on this fitness journey alone. But I know if I quit I'll just regret it a week from now.

I have struggled and I have gained but I have not and will not quit. Neither should you, whether it's a fitness dream or anything else you'd like to do, fight thru the struggles and the end result will be worth even more. I promise you it will.

New arm workout!

The above is a new arm workout I wrote for myself a week ago. I'm currently using 10 lb weights doing this one. Hopefully by then end of next month I can increase the weight a little bit. I'm also really excited to see the results from this one!

This can be used for anything in your life. It can be a fitness goal or any other goal, just make it fucking happen every damn day.
